Currently, I have limited stock due to Swarovski ceasing the production of an important part of the angel :(....

I hand-made these crystal angels handphone strap using genuine Swarovski Crystals with Aurore Boreale coating. Can be used as handphone strap, handbag accessory or hang in the CAR! It is very pretty and sparkling under the light. Ideal as a birthday, mother's day, teacher's day, farewell, welcome gifts and gifts for all occasions.

I am selling at S$12.00 per piece. A Beautiful Gift Box (as shown in picture with Pink and Purple box below, box also comes in pastel blue and maroon (dark red) updated as of 21st May 2008) and handphone strap will be provided FREE. Box may vary from time to time depending on the stock.

Height of angel about 2.2cm, Width about 1.9cm.

Terms
1) Payment via POSB savings ATM transfer or internet banking.
2) No exchanges/refunds. All sales are final.
3) Add S$2.24 for Registered Mail. This is recommended as seller is not responsible for lost/damaged mail. Postage within Singapore only.
4) Allow for 5 working days lead time after payment.
5) I am an honest seller and believe you are sincere too.

For ordering -
1) Please specify via email, the quantity for each colour you want and your name/home address where the item should be delivered to.
2) I will provide you with the POSB/DBS account number for fund transfer.
3) Please inform me after your fund transfer.
4) Once I receive payment, I will arrange for the item to be mailed by registered post within 2 working days. I will then provide you with the Registered Article number via email so that you can track/trace via www.singpost.com/ra.
5) The item should reach you about 2-3 working days after posting. So appreciate if you could allow for a total 5 working days lead time after payment.

Q1. How to compute amount to pay when I buy the Crystal Angel handphone strap?
Ans - Each Crystal Angel Handphone Strap (comes with strap and gift box) is S$12.00. Registered Post is S$2.24 for each Singapore Address to be delivered to. If you are buying, say, 3 crystal angels to be delivered to 1 Singapore address, then amount to pay will be S$(12 x 3) + 2.24 = S$38.24.

Q2. How does registered post work?
Ans - Sing Post will deliver the item to your door step and someone must be around to receive and sign for the item. If no one is around to receive it, you will be issued with a notification card and slotted under your house door. You will then have to collect the item from the post office that is specified on the card. Usually, it is the nearest one to your home. You will need the notification card for collection at the post office.

Q3. Why need 5 working days lead time after payment ?
Ans - I would normally mail out the items within 2 working days after you receive a payment confirmation email from me, Sing Post would take about 2 days to deliver. If no one is around to receive the item, then you may take another 1 day to go to post office to collect, so I would caution buyers that you will need total of 5 working days for item to reach you.

Q4. If I do not have POSB/DBS account, how else can I pay?
Ans - If you do not have POSB/DBS account, then I will provide you with either UOB or OCBC account number for fund transfer, depending on what account you have.

Q5. Why do you provide gift box ? Wouldn't it add on to your cost?
Ans - Yes, gift box surely adds on to the cost, but without gift box, I will have to find other means of packing the Crystal angels to avoid damage to the angels during postage, such as bubble wrap. Bubble wraps are not cheap as well, and after postage, it will be thrown away. Why not use a tough and beautiful gift box? It serves as a good protection during delivery, and useful because most people buy this as gifts for their girlfriends, moms, aunts, teachers. Even if it is for yourself, the gift box is re-useable for your other gifts to your friends!

Q6. Why does your crystal angel seem to cost slightly higher than some others?
I am using Swarovski Crystal with AB coating. This coating makes the Crystal even more sparkling and gives a rainbow effect under the light. We believe in quality, also, not to forget that each angel comes with a beautiful gift box. This will save you a lot of time. See it for yourself.

Aurore Boreale or "AB", the most popular Swarovski coating. AB coating is iridescent, & gives a pale rainbow effect. A clear crystal may appear slightly golden, with blue and pink highlights.
