Q1. How to compute amount to pay when I buy the Crystal Angel handphone strap?
Ans - Each Crystal Angel Handphone Strap (comes with strap and gift box) is S$12.00. Registered Post is S$2.24 for each Singapore Address to be delivered to. If you are buying, say, 3 crystal angels to be delivered to 1 Singapore address, then amount to pay will be S$(12 x 3) + 2.24 = S$38.24.

Q2. How does registered post work?
Ans - Sing Post will deliver the item to your door step and someone must be around to receive and sign for the item. If no one is around to receive it, you will be issued with a notification card and slotted under your house door. You will then have to collect the item from the post office that is specified on the card. Usually, it is the nearest one to your home. You will need the notification card for collection at the post office.

Q3. Why need 5 working days lead time after payment ?
Ans - I would normally mail out the items within 2 working days after you receive a payment confirmation email from me, Sing Post would take about 2 days to deliver. If no one is around to receive the item, then you may take another 1 day to go to post office to collect, so I would caution buyers that you will need total of 5 working days for item to reach you.

Q4. If I do not have POSB/DBS account, how else can I pay?
Ans - If you do not have POSB/DBS account, then I will provide you with either UOB or OCBC account number for fund transfer, depending on what account you have.

Q5. Why do you provide gift box ? Wouldn't it add on to your cost?
Ans - Yes, gift box surely adds on to the cost, but without gift box, I will have to find other means of packing the Crystal angels to avoid damage to the angels during postage, such as bubble wrap. Bubble wraps are not cheap as well, and after postage, it will be thrown away. Why not use a tough and beautiful gift box? It serves as a good protection during delivery, and useful because most people buy this as gifts for their girlfriends, moms, aunts, teachers. Even if it is for yourself, the gift box is re-useable for your other gifts to your friends!

Q6. Why does your crystal angel seem to cost slightly higher than some others?
I am using Swarovski Crystal with AB coating. This coating makes the Crystal even more sparkling and gives a rainbow effect under the light. We believe in quality, also, not to forget that each angel comes with a beautiful gift box. This will save you a lot of time. See it for yourself.
